Effective Date: April 24, 2025
Applies to: All hardware and software products sold and distributed by SENSR Biotech, LLC.
1. Warranty Coverage
SENSR warrants that its products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment or customer delivery, whichever is later (“Warranty Period”).
During the Warranty Period, SENSR will, at its sole option:
- Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts,
- Replace the defective product with a new or equivalent item, or
- Refund the original purchase price.
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser or authorized reseller and is non-transferable unless explicitly approved by SENSR in writing.
2. Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, or negligence.
- Wear and tear from normal use.
- Unauthorized modifications or third-party software/hardware integrations.
- Products sold as “as-is,” “used,” or “refurbished,” unless expressly covered.
Use of SENSR products outside the documented specifications or guidelines voids this warranty.
3. Return Policy
Customers may return eligible SENSR products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping and restocking fees (if applicable), provided the item:
- Is in new, unused condition,
- Includes all original packaging and components,
- Is returned with proof of purchase.
Non-refundable items include software licenses, downloadable content, or any item designated “final sale.”
4. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
To begin a return or claim, email [support@getsensr.io] with:
- Original order number,
- Description of the issue,
- Supporting media (photos, videos, logs, if applicable).
If approved, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. Items returned without an RMA may be rejected or subject to additional fees.
5. SENSR’s Rights and Disclaimers
SENSR reserves the right to:
- Inspect returned products before processing any warranty or refund,
- Deny claims that do not comply with this policy,
- Modify this policy at any time without notice, with such changes applying prospectively only.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SENSR disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
